Refund and Cancellation

Any amount once added to the DreamHousie account of user can't be refunded back to the user in any case, and the amount can be used to join the Game(s)/Tournament(s), DreamHousie services organized by DreamHousie.
The individuals using the DreamHousie services provided by DreamHousie are not permitted to cancel any transaction which has been once confirmed.
DreamHousie reserves the rights to refund the transaction amount to the user.
The refund is only applicable to the amount used to join any Game(s)/Tournament(s) and shall be refunded to the DreamHousie wallet source, as deducted. Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, that there is an error in the services provided, we might refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

We do not cancel registrations once entered, however, in case of exceptional circumstances wherein the valid fault may lie with the payment gateway or from our side, we will cancel your participation on request and refund the money to you within a reasonable amount of time and amount percentage. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payments made through a payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account within 7 Days.
